Privacy Policy for ArrowMatic
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how ArrowMatic ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
We are committed to respecting your privacy and complying with Google Play Developer Policies and Google AdMob Publisher Policies.
1. Information We Collect Automatically
ArrowMatic does not require user accounts, user registration, or access to personally identifiable real-world credentials (such as your name, email, phone number, contacts, or location).
However, to deliver functional gameplay and advertising, the App automatically processes limited non-personal data:
A. Local Storage Data (SharedPreferences)
The App stores game progression locally on your device using Flutter's SharedPreferences:
Game Progress: High scores, level progress (
currentLevel).Preferences: Audio toggles (Sound Effects, Background Music) and Haptic Feedback preferences.
Note: This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
B. Advertising & Technical Identifiers (Google AdMob & UMP SDK)
The App integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Third-party advertising partners may collect and process:
Advertising Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID).
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, system language, screen orientation.
Usage & Ad Interaction Data: Ad view impressions, ad clicks, and app interaction timestamps.
IP Address: Processed for network diagnostic and approximate coarse geo-location purposes (e.g., country/city level).
2. How We Use Information
We process the automatically collected data for the following purposes:
Core Functionality: To save your game levels and settings across app restarts.
Ad Serving & Frequency Capping: To display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads, cap frequency, and award in-game rewards (e.g., level skips or undos).
Regulatory Compliance: To request and manage user privacy consents (e.g., GDPR/EEA and US State Privacy laws) via the Google UMP consent banner.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising Disclosures
To operate effectively, ArrowMatic relies on third-party SDKs provided by Google. These third parties may use cookies, device identifiers, or web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on the App.
Third-Party Service Providers:
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Serves targeted or non-targeted ads.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): Obtains and manages user consent choices for personalized advertising and cookies in regulated regions.
4. User Consent & Privacy Options (GDPR / CCPA / CPRA)
A. European Economic Area (EEA) / UK (GDPR)
If you reside in the EEA or UK, we present a Google UMP consent screen upon first launching the App. You can grant, reject, or manage your preferences for personalized ads and cookie access.
Changing Your Preferences: You can revoke or change your ad consent anytime within the App by navigating to Settings > Privacy Options.
B. California / US State Privacy Rights (CPRA/CCPA)
US residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise your opt-out rights directly through the privacy form provided in the App's Settings menu.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
ArrowMatic is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate action.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Local Game Data: Game progress and preferences stored locally on your device can be cleared at any time by navigating to Settings > Reset Progress within the App or by clearing the App's data via your device settings or uninstalling the App.
Ad-Related Identifiers: Resetting or limiting your device's Advertising ID via your Android system preferences (
Settings > Privacy > Ads) will reset third-party ad profile associations.
7. Data Safety & Security
We do not host or transfer your personal data on external databases. Third-party providers like Google AdMob implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS) to secure network transmissions.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal or app platform requirements. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised policy.
